It’s the middle of the month and we all need a serious break from our hectic schedules and stressful lives!!!

Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep. In this class you will be guided through a detailed sleep meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation. Receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice.

Renew and Restore Workshop - An afternoon of yoga, meditation, and intention

Come explore the powerful practice of INTENTION! In this workshop, we will use guided meditation and gentle, restorative yoga to bring focused attention to our internal needs and desires. Participants will then use these practices to help create a 2019 Vision Board to manifest a concentrated intention.

This rewarding workshop will have participants leaving with a light, relaxed body, a clear, focused mind, and a warm, blissful spirit in knowing that their limits are endless through the power of focused intention.

Workshop will be taught by Christine Lang, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Cyndi Moffitt, Certified Meditation Instructor. Class limited to 15 Participants. Please sign up early!

it's a pre-halloween buti yoga glo party! paint yourself in blacklight reactive body paint and transform your body + soul with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement + conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice. wear white or neon for maximum glow effect. painting starts at 10 am and buti yoga starts around 10:30. pre-registration is a must (we need to know how much paint to get!). $20 pp. paints will be provided. this event will sell out fast, so register asap.

and since it's a halloween party, feel free to rock a costume!

liberate your 4th of July and join us as we celebrate our freedom with an outdoor moksha flow!

susan & jen will guide us through a freeing yoga practice that will leave us feeling strong, supple and ready to express our independence. and we'll do it altogether at the lovely home of kristen denicola!

a bend tradition continues... join us for memorial day yoga in the center of brecksville

susan smola & jen spieth will lead us through a flow practice that reflects the strength and courage of our freedom warriors and honors those who have given all to defend our freedom. 

$10. 10am-11am. plan to park at the studio (7027 mill road) and walk to the town square 1 block away. we'll meet everyone by the gazebo. in case of rain, we'll practice at the studio. see you there!
