2 hours of pure relaxation…sounds amazing, right? Join Christine Lang, Certified Yoga Instructor, as she guides you through a 75 min restorative, gentle, and yin yoga practice. We will then explore using breath (pranayama) to create the relaxation response, and we will finish with a guided healing meditation. Students will leave with home practice tools to help cope with life’s sometimes challenging situations.
